Busy Week

26 Apr

Wow, the week just flew by. I didn’t have time to post here or do much of any knitting or sewing at all.

Gianna had 6 softball games. She had a double header last Saturday, a scrimmage on Tuesday, and double headers on Wednesday and Thursday. Here are two great pictures from one of the games.

DJ is home from his Disney trip. We don’t have any pictures of that since we weren’t there and he’s not a photo-taking person. He had a great time except that they went by bus and that’s one heck of a long bus ride! Dj will be catching up on his sleep today while I catch up on laundry!

What does next week have in store for us? A lot of rain is in the forecast so I don’t think there will be much softball. Gianna has her final Scholastic Bowl tournament on Wednesday. DJ returns to school. I have my final full week of classes before final exams. There are on three more class periods in each of my classes left! Then my posts will become more frequent and my sewing will take over my days. 🙂

Glad to hear that the Disney trip was a success and DJ arrived home safe. Very impressed with the camera that took those pictures of Gianna. Sounds like you’re in the home stretch with work. Whoa, whoa!

DJ really had a great time. The band usually goes every other year, so he wants to stay in band for the next trip! The camera had at least an 18″ lense and was on a tripod on top of the bleachers. It belongs to a dad of one of our players. He took 200+ pictures in one game and they are all great!
